Default X-Brace: Can you feel the difference?

I'm considering an X-Brace for my S. I've read about the Digrappa. It seems a bit pricey, but may be the best. Anyone using an X-Brace that can actually feel any difference in the handling of their S? I know it may help on a racetrack, but how about every day driving? I'd like to hear what owners have to say.

I didn't realize Import Dev. had an X-Brace, I'm off to check out the site. By the way the check for the exhaust is in the mail tomorrow. Thanks buddy.

I have the Spoon version. The only place that I notice a difference is on road surfaces, like cobblestone or poor quality highways. Without the brace, the car felt like it was skittering over the bumps; with the brace, there is a thump at each impact, but no continuing vibration.

I think of the brace as a low-pass filter for the chasis.

People talk about improved turn-in, stuff like that...I think that is a matter of different cars having different alignment settings.

i must have different alignment settings.

YES ABSOLUTELY!!! I could immediatly feel the difference even just doing a quick lane change, but the real difference came when I took it on a hilly road where the surface was not smooth all the time. Not only did the car feel even more like it was on rails, but the tires styed on the ground more on the rough surfaces giving much better feedback and control. Best upgrade I've made yet!

All the braces provide essentially the same effect in chassis stiffening (based on design). Do you want to pay for a name, technology, or cost effectiveness?

i just put on mingster's brace last night. when out for a test drive and quick changes were much more responsive and crisp. most notably is this freeway onramp near my house. it is the 360 degree type where you go under the overpass and make a long 360 right turn to get on. i take this ramp to work every day and am very used to what it feels like getting on this freeway. typically i just get on normally but i can feel the turn throughout, but last night i pushed it a little harder than usual and the turn was more effortless, tight, and responsive. the chasis seemed solid. nice! i don't see the need to buy the higher priced ones as this is purely a functional upgrade...something no one will ever see, except the service folks. get rich's...
