Ive seen HID kits as low as 200 bucks. No need for projectors, to much hassle. You dont really want to direct the high beams anyway. You want them to spread out all over as much as possible so you can see everything.

I wouldnt use the "xenon" halogen bulbs. If you really wanted Hi beam HIDs I would seriously consider the BiXenon projectors........but, the beam pattern on our factory setup is really nice and light output is awesome compared to some BMW projectors and some Audi projectors. You could just do a kit on the hi beam part but the problem with that is you wont be able to "flash" people without putting stress on the HID bulbs themselves because they have to "warm" up. But for leaving them on period for hi beam long use on a dark road it should be ok, especially since the importance of optics on a hi beam is really not as important then it is on the low beam portion. If you get glare on the hi-beam kit its not going to matter much

The new TL uses BiXenons and the projector is very simlar or same as ours.
