Yahoo knows cars...
I clicked on an advertisement on there home page for the 350Z. Look what they compare the Z with:
The 2003 350Z's closest competitors include the Acura 3.2 CL, the Honda Accord Coupe, and the Toyota Camry Solara.

just to be fair I clicked on the s2000 and they show quite a few cars. But the Z is consistantly paired up with Toyota, Audi, and Honda 4-doors, with the occasional Ford Mustang
The s2000 got much better company, like Boxters, TT's, Mustangs, etc, etc. It must be becaue the 350z is an ECONOMY CAR PLATFORM.
