AP2s have a more refined interior. Leather console, better audio, and probably a bit more comfortable. AP1s are more raw, funner to some people..

That said since I am no longer an S2000 owner as of today. I would get an AP1 and take my time to find a clean one for 10k. Or I would buy a CR, best of the AP1 and AP2 together. But, before I spent 23k plus on a CR I would buy an 04 Z06 hands down for 23k

 

i think the 2011 model type-r with the V6 is best
in all seriousness test drive each year and then decide which u like best.
