Ok, I put 5/16 hose on the edges, it definately stoped the rattle when screen is up, but when its lying down(which for me right now is always) every bump I hit it rattled.... new screen did not fit tight in stcock mechinizm... Well I found a way to get it to fit dead tight in the thingy....
bought a 4 pack of 1/4 flat rubber washers, and put 1 on each screw holding deflector in.. I put mine on bottom...meaning after screw goes throw deflector, but before its threaded into hole... the Epoxy I used to seal it is drying now and clamps are a must because now the space between the 2 black things is slightly wider... but now no movement and no noise.
Epoxy says its completely done hardening in 16 hr... so I will post at 830pm pst with it reinstalled in the car... but I think this fixed it

Ok tested it today... not a noise what so ever from windscreen now... with it up or down

rubber washers did the trick

Good work, Marco. There's always a simple solution.
