He's killed 10 so far officially, and wounded 3 more.

Most were body shots, though I thought one or two might have been head shots.... could be wrong.

Bullet proof vest won't really do much good. Bullet proof vests for the most part are for low velocity weapons such as handguns and shotguns... close range, low velocity.

A rifle shot traveling at roughly 2,000mph (about 4 times the speed of shotgun or handgun projectiles) will blow right through most kevlar and bullet proof vests.

Hopefully, the guys have been caught now and everyone can go about there daily routine.

 

I hope these are the guys and this terror is over. We, all of us, deserve to be able to live in peace without the fear and killings that we have witnessed.

Well, looks like they caught the guy, looks like all the evidence points to him anyway, but only time will tell... GChambers, he won't be able to catch up to you when your VTECing, you will just be a blur on his radar
