actually, any intellectual property created by a United States citizen is automatically copyrighted by the creator whether or not it was noted. if you wanna get technical.

And just to get all technical on your ass here's an overlay of there picture on yours. I had to invert their picture or you wouldn't have even seen it. I'd be having serious words if it was you that produced this picture.

If they linked from your server you could have simply used a .htaccess file to re-direct (steal) all the traffic across to your site. Sometimes this sort of thing can be a blessing in disguise ... but only if they've linked to your server.

No, they've grabbed the picture, cropped it and are serving it from another server.

It's only when someone authors a page which references one of the graphics on your server (called 'hijacking') that you can change the graphic and the new graphic shows up on their site.

Thanks, I emailed them last night and they have responded that it will be removed. They said a friend did the website for them and they didn't question where the qraghics came from
