Is your S... a she!?
All my cars have been referred to as "she's".
The way I see it, if I spent so much time on a weekend having fun with and going out alone with a He, it would seem kind of gay. (Not that there's anything wrong with that). Oh yeah, and for those of you who think it's absolutely assinine and ridiculous to engender cars, I also believe mine has a soul
.
Interestingly enough, all the females I've known to sex their cars have always referred to them as "He's".

I haven't come to the "he/she" conclusion yet (my S is only 3 weeks old, to me at least) - but I could argue that it's a he for the following reasons:
1) you have to play by his rules and suit his timeframe - if you try and break them, he gets mad (it's been my experience that no matter how many times a girl tells a guy something, the guy has to learn through experience and on his own time scale)
2) the car's got balls (this one is self-explainatory)
3) he seems happiest after a weekend of rough driving (yes, sexual connotation - yes i'll let you think about that one yourself)
4) he likes convenience - why reach to the radio when you can just press a button or two at your fingertips (think: guys and the remote control complex for this one)
my thing about naming cars has always been that i can't come up with a suitable name (of either gender) for the car.

My S2k is definitely a she. I've always compared cars to girls, here's some examples of why the S2k is inherently female:
1. Expensive tastes, 93 octane, rear tires, parts, accessories!
2. Thin skinned, doesn't take much to dent them
3. Loves to get wild in warm weather and take the top off!
4. You wouldn't want some other dude touching your girl friend, in the same way I won't let anyone else drive the S.
5. Only comes outside in good weather
Yea, the S is a she.

She's.....well...a SHE.
Her name is Rachel. Don't know why. That's just her name.
Potential Reasons:
1. She's expensive to maintain/accessorize
2. She loves going to the beach topless
3. I hate when people touch her but enjoy when others glance her way
Anyone else have a name for the S?
