On my car, the bevel points towards the rear (2002 model year). For some odd reason, I remember a story told to me regarding my maternal grandfather, who died before I was born. He was a tailor, and before custom making suit trousers, he would ask the prospective customer: "On which side do you carry?" I don't suggest adding that survey question to this thread, and I refuse to answer for myself. The orientation of my side marker lights is sufficient personal detail.

Nope, we checked both thinking the same thing, or model year, but we compaired all the cars we had there and only one faced front. It was an 02 model.

One to the back and one to the front. Bought used, previous owner probably did it.

 

Crap, tried to reverse the wrong one, and broke the clip.

 

when mine gets excited it faces to the front..

 

It seems that mine is the limited edition with the pure vertical thingy!
