first off, this is a great product, i have used the clay bar through the first coat of z2, and am very impressed with the ease and looks so far. the hardest part was the clay bar, but the results are worth it.

my question is.

i understand to use the enhancer spray between coats, but do i also use z1 everytime before applying z2?

 

Z1 is a cleaner / surface prep so I would not use it between coats of Z2/5. Use it when the finish has road stuff that does not wash off. I use it after every track event to remove the rubber and tar.

going outside now, time to get her even brighter.

 

use Z1 after every 6-10 coats of Z2 or use Z1 every 6 months.

 

Another good suggestion is to use Z6 (Gloss Enhancer Spray) as a "luibricant" (of sorts) as you apply the Z2.........I just periodically spray it on the applicator as I apply the Z2 - Allows for better/more even coverage.
