How many coats of Z-5 should I apply with the ZFX enhancer before applying Z-2. Also how many Z-2 coats should I apply??

 

If I remember correctly you use Z-2 or Z-5. Z-5 for darker colored cars.

 

Uhhh Z-5 is for scratches/swirls so you can put as many coats of it on as you like. The idea is to switch to use Z-5 untill you are happy with the swirl hiding results.

......THEN

Go crazy putting on as many coats of Z-2 as your social life will allow.

 

One coat of Z5 w/ZFX should be fine. You don't need to use ZFX every time.

 

I had about ten coats of Z2 on my Vette before my neighbors started whispering to each other whenever they saw me in the driveway rubbing the car down.
