**Help Needed**
Hey everyone,
Let me give you a little back story to my S before I get into the problem, It's an 03, mods are in the sig, I demolished the stock engine due to the valve spring retainers cracking and I dropped a valve in vtec. I personally replaced the engine with a rebuilt head(all seals and springs) and stock bottom end with an unknown mileage but I would guess over 95,000 miles on it. I did remove the pan and checked bearing, rings etc. I had to replace the knock sensor as mine was broken during removal of the motor.
With that being said here is the issues I have ran into over the last 3 weeks. After motor installation the car ran perfectly fine besides a cel light for a malfunctioning knock sensor... 2 weeks ago I ran into an issue were the car would die when coming back to idle from a load. Only way I could stop this was rev the motor myself or stay in gear till just about idle and release. After reading some threads here I clean the IAC valve and the problem went away. Next day got a low oil light, noticed a small pooling at the passenger side on garage floor, found valve cover gasket to be leaking on passenger side near the firewall, replaced gasket changed the oil at the same time. now reset the ecu and let idle for 15 minutes drove for another 15 no cel no problems, drove it to work and out to lunch yesterday no problem, on way home Cel comes on I have an autozone on my path home was gonna stop and scan there, before I got there I started getting back fires and now the car has a hard miss, Cel is now flashing. Car sounds like a wrx with exhaust is my best description of the noise. I have spark on all cylinders, once I removed the plugs they all seem okay none of them are soaked in fuel. Looking in the plug holes pistons in holes 3 and 4 look "wet". I am going to check the wiring for injectors and coils tonight anyone else have any suggestions before I trailer this to honda and bend over?
Thanks in advance for all your help.

To clarify the light came on only for about 2-3 second when in stop and go traffic on a on ramp, I drove for maybe 5 more minutes with no light It showed about 4mm below safe when I checked the level after that.
