Default 01 S2000 stops accelerating randomly

Hi my name is kyle, I got my 01 S2000 in october and drove it home from New Jersey to New York with no issues at all. I stored it for the winter and recently put it on the road. Since then a few issues have started to occur. I got a CEL for the secondary air pump and I bought the IZZE engineering air pump simulator and installed that with no problems. Shortly after the install I got a CEL for Sensor 1 Bank 1 High voltage. Don't remeber the exact code off hand. Anyways where I am going with this is ever since I put it on the road this year every once in a while I would be driving down the road and the car would stop accelerating, the tranny is in gear and clutch is engaged and the engine would keep accelerating but the car would stutter and then jerk violently once the clutch "engaged" again. It would do it for like a half mile down the road and then the car would be normal again. It sounds and feels like the clutch but it works fine after that so I am unsure. It recently started happening more and more. Also it happens in all gears.

The question is can the o2 sensor be causing this? I know its the primary and does a lot for the ecu/AFR/fueling.

Cars details

01 with 55600 miles

Mods

Header unknown brand

test pipe with 2 non foulers for 02 fix

Skunk2 mega power with silencers in.

And the air pump delete.

Any help would be greatly appreciated thanks.

The exact code is a P0132 O2 sensor circuit high voltage (bank 1 sensor 1)
