So in need some help chasing down some issues with my car. They are a few i want to talk about. Car has about 147k miles on it. Any insight is appreciated. right now I’m stationed overseas so there’s not a lot of help in my area with my car so im doing everything myself most the time.

60mm test pipe
Spoon engine trans mounts
Megan diff mounts
Izzy air pump delete
Billman TCT

Everything replaced so far…
Spark Plugs NGK OEM Laser Iridium
Valve adjustment
Oem Ect sensor
Oem Map sensor
O2 sensor with oem units
Oem timing chain re haul
Oem IAT sensor

1. S2000 will idle funky at weird times after starting the car again after letting it sit for 30mins or so. If i take off from standing still it will lose rpm even with the throttle being mashed down then catch its self. Already replaced my map with a new oem one, cleaned the throttle body and cleaned out the iacv and it hasnt fixed the issue. Any thoughts?!

2. When starting to take off i can hear a clunk coming from the center of the car. It happens when changing gears at low rpm after i come off the clutch. Can replicate it when i push the clutch it and out really quicky while barely moving in gear. Clutch is still good no slipping and fluid is brand new. I was thinking its the prop shaft!


3. Ive been getting a hum from my rear end while on partial throttle(barely holding the gas pedal)at 50mph + but wont hear it when off throttle or full throttle. I changed my diff fluid with amsoil 75-140 and had barely any shavings or discoloration of oil. Is way more noticeable after i changed out my dif mounts to megan hard rubbers. On the oem mount you could faintly hear it if i turned the radio off. Car is lowered with axel spacers as well. Wheel bearings are okay as well. Any thoughts was told this is normal nvh from the diff.
