Default 05 Tranny in an 01 S2000? Please Help

Will a 2005 S2000 Transmission fit properly in an 2001 Honda S2000?
My current tranny grinds and has the clutch buzz problem, we just dropped a Stage 3 Competion Clutch and Flywheel in it and thats what made it start buzzing.
Any info on this problem will be helpful. Thanks - Scott

Clutch buzz would be cured with a new clutch disc, whether or not you change your entire tranny.

Since the buzz is actually caused by resonance in the tranny swapping in the AP2 may help; and it may not.

I just had a CC Ironman/flywheel kit put in my car and it buzzes just like the OEM did. I've just learned to live with it.
