15400-PCX-004 specs?
very guarded information, I doubt you will find any real data on this as Honda surely hasn't released it. There is some general internet exploratory investigation of filters out there but as far as I'm concerned it doesn't mean anything.
I put my trust in the Honda filter flow rate being most appropriate for our engines, thus I won't venture away from that filter. I think that is the most important aspect of an oil filter, despite them all meeting minimum standards. I'd love to see the information but I just don't think it exists in public records. Good luck with anything you may find.

Cut a filter open and test the Bypass Valve PSI, I did and it is pretty high. So when your filter will not flow 100% of the oil the engine needs(like when the oil is cold) it will drop the oil pressure going to the engine by the pressure of the bypass spring. That is why I use a oversize filter on my '06 to help my engine get more oil when its cold. If your oil filter plugs up with gunk then you have bigger problems to deal with, that is why I don't worry about that. My oversize filter has a 14# bypass spring and as filters gets bigger in size the bypass pressure can be lower and still filter all(100%) the oil that the engine needs.

Just wondering if the PCX is better than the filters I've been using the past 5 years in my Honda Prelude.
Code:
Beta Ratio: 2/20=6/20 Burst Pressure-PSI: 360 By-Pass Valve Setting-PSI: 8-11 Max Flow Rate: 9-11 GPM

I run Baldwin filters, B7042
Here are some pic's of the Baldwin, Honda and Napa filters

And yes, that's the right Honda filter for the "S"
s2000ellier,
Beta Ratio: 2/20=6/20
Burst Pressure-PSI: 360
By-Pass Valve Setting-PSI: 8-11
Max Flow Rate: 9-11 GPM
Thats a good filter you have there, but the bypass is much higher on the "S" filter

Yes it is
, I have to put one extra qt. of oil in when I do my oil change because the oil filter takes one more qt. of oil than the Honda filter.
I have not looked at this filter yet but one of the guys here in Sacramento found this Wix(Napa) filter and said he will try it(if it fits) on his next filter change.
