yup, 2 more OEM questions. I just keep running into stuff that I dont know if its OEM or not.



1. Seems stupid if the answer is no, but did the s2k AP1 come with a light in the trunk? I find it so odd and annoying that there is no light in the trunk. If so, where abouts is this thing located or how does it work?



2. Ive noticed pics like this floating around..........Was this peice that sites OVER the gap and looks like the rest of interior - stock or custom? I do not have this piece in my car, which if stock - makes sense because then you could put more in the trunk.

 

1. Yes. It would be near the top left of the trunk area in your photo. There's a white plastic housing for the light on the underside of the top of the interior.

2. Stock. It covers the tool tray that's supposed to be in that well. Guess you're missing that as well.

 

 

I have a MY00 and I have a light in my trunk. It is centered up under the the deck lid. Look were the trunk springs are you should see it. From your picture it is just to the left of the hump for the spare.The bulb probably just blew.

I am almost positive that that piece the arrow is pointing to is a stock item. Number 1 on here http://www.hondaautomotiveparts.com/auto/j...y5=TRUNK+LINING
