I have an 01 with 130k miles, runs great. Ran a 13.99 @ 100.4 mph with 125k miles. The condition is going to have more to do with maintenance than mileage which could be to your advantage. -Kyle

valve cover or vtec solenoid, get a compression test done before you buy the car, take it for a nice drive with the top up and windows closed, drive it at freeway speeds and slow speeds. Listen to the car. That oil filter on the car looks like some super cheap aftermarket crap, double check everything on the car, there is a reason its cheap.

If you do decide to buy it then set a side some money for either a rebuild or new/used engine. With that many miles and a leak like that just shows neglagence. But i guess it all comes down to the compression and leakdown test numbers.
