2003 misfire on all four

Replace the fuel filter?

But then is it the evap, fpr, fuel pump, injectors or computer?

i just filled up with ethanol free 93 this morning and on the way to work the CEL turned off. so it is obviously something to do with fuel. on my next off day im going to change the fuel filter and run some techron fuel system cleaner through it and see what happens.
Also another thing i noticed today is that when i turn the A/C on it starts misfiring more often. Would that make it something electrical like bad FPR or low voltage on the fuel pump?

I think you're reaching a bit with the whole "it has to be fuel related" 9 times out of 10 it actually isn't. Start with the basics as Jordan suggested.
When was your last valve adjustment and was it done by someone with experience?

If it's intermittent, you can't really assume that the CEL coming on or turning off at certain times has anything to do with what you previously did to it.
I recently had a relatively intermittent misfire issue, and it ended up being a bad crank sensor.

@nichigo wouldnt you throw a code for faulty crank sensor if thats what it was?
and the main thing that has me thinking its fuel is when i used seafoam last week it completely cleared the misifre up until that tank of gas was gone. once there was no more seafoam in the tank it came back.
wouldn't that make you think it has to be something fuel related too?
i have no clue when the last valve adjustment was done i bought the car back in september of last year and have only put about 3k on it

how about a valve adjustment as the previous post noted? it cleared my multiple misfires on the SiR. Don't go chasing expensive solutions until tackling the free ones first.

I chased this one my car for over a year. In the end it turned out to be clogged injectors. I replaced them all with a cleaner set I had on hand. So as a cheap fix, send out your injectors to be rebuilt and cleaned. It normally costs about 20 an injectors.

thats what i have been contemplating on doing is sending the injectors out because my buddy said the injectors are noisy (i have never heard a noisy injector so i don't know what they sound like). the only thing preventing me from doing that is losing my car for however long the injectors are gone. and i don't want to drop the $500 on new injectors if im not positive thats what the problem is but i have heard s2ks injectors tend to get clogged around 100k

Even a bad alternator can cause misfires especially under electrical load.
