Thumbs up 2004 Tail Light Conversion?

Has anyone else run across this type of problem?
I installed 2004 tail lights this afternoon and purchased the conversion kit.
Everything works except the running lights.
Checked the 10amp fuse and is fine.
Nothing happens when I turn on the head lights but everything does.
Reverse OK
Turn Signal OK
Brake lights OK
Does anyone know whats up with this?
Now I can't drive at night until I figure this out.
Now I am truly a Daily driver.
Be home before the street lights turn on.
Did I do something wrong?

Are your bulbs OK? Not sure if you have dual filament bulbs for those sockets, but it's entirely possible that both sides are burnt out.

Aren't these LEDs? If so, I'd look into the wiring.

Do you mind me asking, did you need to modify the body in any way or does it fit straight in without any mods???
If no mods to the body are required, where did you purchase them from??

You have to cut a bit out behind the tail lights to accomidate the 3 bulb spacing than the 2.
