2nd gear grind

Gentlemen,
I have a 2005 S2K with 1750 miles that intermittently grinds when shifting into 2nd gear and I feel a tick when going through naturel into 3rd. I brought it back to the dealer didn't happen. I also found a TSB 00-55 with my problem, but the dealer said that's for a 2000 TSB not for my car. What can I do...
