Default 3mm headgasket

hey everyone.
so i removed my head to get it inspected for bent valves and since i plan to go turbo in the near future, i bought a 3mm headgasket from cometic. my question is:
will i have any problems running the 3mm headgasket without turbo(na) like any cel's coming on or will the car run ok ? thanks in advance

u wont have any problems with running it like that, but ur cam timing with be off and those gaskets have a 50/50 chance of leaking.

so i will lose power and the timing will be off. if i perform that sprocket mod where u remove the pin and move the gear clockwise will i then b ok with the timing? so cometic gaskets are no good?

you must modify the sprocket for timing to be correct, yes. i have no idea if you can even run the car without doing this. i wouldn't recommend it.

you will lose some power up top for sure, but i drove around like that for a little while and it was no big deal. you have a better than 50/50 chance of it being successful, just take your time on the install and do it correctly.
