Everytime I get in the s2000 I hear 4 beeps. They come when I insert the key.

Is this normal?

Yes, as said above this is normal, its the Seatbelt warning. Try doing up your seatbelt, then turning the car on, there will be no beeps.

 

Unless they are fast beeps. That is just the 'Honda beep'. It tells you that the key is in the ignition.

 

Hmm, maybe it's the 'Honda Beep' then, when I put on me seatbelt before inserting the key I keep the beep

 

I get the beeps plus a few from my gauges.

 

It is the Honda beep if you just put the key in (and the doors are open). four fast short beeps.

When you turn the key to 'ON', it will be four (I think it might actually be like 6 or something...never really counted) slow long beeps. I don't think this is actually tied to the seatbelt.

I don't know...I don't hear any of the beeps at all anymore.

But to answer your question...yes the beeps are normal.
