ABS module replacement

Maybe the Honda scan tool procedure is only necesarry with a new, dry, never used ABS module?
Your module is used and has - at least some - brake fluid in the pump and small reservoirs, ect.
How different is swapping used ABS modules with - by accident - running the brake reservoir empty during bleeding?

Replaced module (super easy btw). bled until firm.
Put abs fuse back in.
Reset computer
Emergency stops on gravel road.
Rebleed.
Problem didn't go away... >_<

Next step is trying some known good sensors from another ap1.

i have this same problem, did anybody ever find a solution to this problem?
