Default Acceleration buzz?

well i rarely take my car out but i always wait for 3 bars to show up until i put her into any vtec play.

that being said i've done many search as to what this could be and can't seem to find any answer thus this post.

Everytime i would push my car past 5k i would not only hear this buzzing noise that makes this "bup bup bup" all the way to 9k. This is not the issue, i can even Feel this noise on the gas pedal. This happens throughout all my gears =(.

For those that might have answers please pm me or post. I don't want my motor to blow again. This is my 2nd motor and from what i got it at around 11k. Now the motor has almost 30k. I'm hoping it could use a valve adjustment. There are many noises going on in my car but all of them seem normal but this one.

It even feels as is the car is lagging to get to vtec.

How many miles do you have on your clutch? 41k?

Before I replaced mine, I dreaded going into VTEC because my clutch would slip and lag when I shifted gears. It felt like the engine was struggling, but it was the clutch that was giving out and not getting power to the ground.

It could something very serious, but for now, let's be somewhat optimistic. Have you seen this..........................

A bad MAP signal could produce what you are experiencing. It's cheap and it's worth a try before getting into some real depressing stuff.

Is there anyway to test if the Sensor is bad or good?

It's not always the sensor. Many times, it's the way it's secured (or not secured). But here:

^^ Who did the EMS tuning? This could be a potentially serious tuning issue.

Shawn tuned it along time ago(1 1/2 yrs ago) but since it is just the same map sensor with a updated setup can I just swap the sensor out and the EMS should still read the same since it is the same model sensor?
