Default accident - alignment question

Wrecked my S on top of the world in Laguna Beach.
Destroyed drivers side suspension both front and rear.
After replacing the parts like fr/lwr control arms, sway bar, rotors, and shocks, the car won't align perfectly.

So here are the alignment specs. So what I was wondering was if it was okay to be a little bit off.

left front right front
camber -0.5 -0.5
caster 7.7 5.9
toe 0 0

left rear right rear
camber -1.1 -1.7
toe .22 .23

Thanks in advance to anyone with alignment knowledge.
