Default Quick alignment question

Is it true that the camber and toe adjustment in the rear is not independent? that is, for example, can I get 0 toe with -2.5 camber in the rear? Not that I want that setup...just an example..Someone told me I can't. If not, what would be the solution? bumpsteer kit?
TIA.

The two should be can be adjusted independently, but depending on suspension geometry one my affect the other. It is up to the alignment techn to adjust and readjust to fine tune the alignment.

Just my $.02
