accidental engine over-revv..
I'm not worried about the 160... I'm worried about the 150 in cylinder 1... but I may just take the head apart today and check the retainers, just to be safe...
My speed was around 80ish, going into a corner, then slipped the gears from 6th into 3rd... almost understeered (rear tires locked up, front lost traction) into the concrete side wall, and caught it right after that... so it over-revved for about 1.5 seconds... I have stock gears

well that may not have been my actual speed... like I said, I was busy avoiding accidents rather than paying attention to my dash... all I know is that the revvs were out there at one point...
this may be a bit too obvious, but warm up the engine before doing the leak down test...
Also uncap the oil cap, the dipstick, and the radiator cap. While doing the test monitor for air coming out of any of these sources as well as the exhaust. any such occurrence spells trouble. before you conclude anything make sure the engine is at TDC.
i have heard that dropping oil down the spark plug holes provides misguiding piston ring sealing, but i am not an expert.
don't downshift mid-corner

What a coincidence (but I'm on an AP2). That just happened to me, except I did a 5th to 2nd... my post is here https://www.s2ki.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=647035
I feel your pain. Too busy looking at the tach to see what my RPMs were.
