Mobil 1 is a synthetic. Mobil Drive Clean (Clean 5000) is a conventional.

Use any quality 10W30 oil to top off, conventional or synthetic.

How many miles on the car since the last oil change? You may want to change the oil and filter just for the piece of mind...

And please don't overfill it.
Check oil level with a cold engine, parked level (as level as possible)
It takes 1(one) quart form bottom X to top X.

1. He doesn't know what is in it, only what is on a sticker.
2. All quality motor oils are compatible and mix just fine.
3. What you do and all you would use does not really answer the question.
