it's easy but it will take alot of time.

bring it over if it's not too far, i could do it with a small charge.

<---did so many valve adjustment(3 s2k job and countless on other honda)

Great question, I need to do mine as well. Does the valve cover gasket need to be replaced whenever I open it up?

I think most people would say you dont have to replace it EVERY time.

i reused mine and it's holding up fine, just make sure the mating surface is clean and lube the gasket with juice before puting it on.

i reused mind, no leak.

buy one just in case, it's 32 at dealer i think, I told alex to buy a new gasket and we ended up reusing the old one and it's fine also

one more hint for you, for the S, the lash clearance seems to like the tighter side of the scale. unlike all the other honda valve adjustment job, the S likes it to be slightly tighter for some reason. I wish someone told me that on my first try

oh yeah, taking out the right(battery side) of the Sensor on the valve cover will helps big time when you reinstalling the V cover. The last(the one closest to the fire wall) bolt on the heatshield is a slot, just lossen it and you can pop it out.

GOOD LUCK

The v-cover gasket can be re-used no problem. Just look it over quick and be sure it's not cut.

+1. I've had my valve cover off more than a dozen times, and still haven't replaced the gasket. (Hopefully, I didn't just jinx myself, since I'm planning to do another valve adjustment soon).
