ok i have done many many searches
i have aem cai intake all hoses are fine
no blown fuses
just put a new air pump on and it runs
but i still have secondary air system malfunction code

ive reset and done 5 cold starts and just keeps popping up!

what else can i do!?!?!

 

Sounds like a air pump problem, when I install my Aem cai, I didnt get a CEL, after upgrading to Aem V2 I still didn't get a CEL. The only thing I could name as fault is your air pump. Or it could be something else

 

yea but i just got a new one...well used but it turns on and works.......

 

Check all your vacuum lines. Mine had a habit of falling off, yours might have been knocked off during the install. There's a pretty good map of them on that other site.

 

and if that doesnt work then buy the air pump delete kit.
