aem stand alone question
The sort of variances we're talking about are insignificant and less then the difference you'd get on different dynos.
Do you really think 216rwhp out of 2L NA is low? What other car does that?
The reason it seems low is because the S is 190-200 stock. But the minimal increase isn't because your mods aren't any good, it's because the stock parts are so good in the first place.

I don't know, Aus... the AEM ECU alone has been shown to get a good 20+ hp out of a stock setup. Add in a more free-flowing header/ehaust and intake and I would expect to see closer to 230hp on his ride. Though he may have just gotten a pig from the factory to begin with...

Correct me if i'm wrong bue the s2k comes with 345cc injectors from the factory. That would support pretty much anything you could come up with for an n/a setup. Unless you're going forced induction you would definately not need a fuel system upgrade. You dont even need that fuel pressure regulator that you're running

yeah have headers on there so the cam should b work good
As far as your dyno numbers go: What kind of dyno were you on? Some are pretty stingy. What gear was it pulled in? Should be in fourth. How hot was it? What is the elevation?
I just got back today from dynoing a '91 Camaro on a Mustang Dynameter and it laid down 354HP. It was 104*F outside. The same car in April on a DynoJet Dynameter across town, temp was 68*F with no other changes to the car laid down 381HP. See what I am saying. This is probably the most extreme case I have seen in along time but it just magnifies the fact that there are millions of variables involved. Not just a bunch of parts!

ditch the cam and get a retune. aftermarket cams don't work on s2000. my friends turbo s lost like 40whp with cams

Cams work fine, if you understand what they're doing for the engine and make the appropriate changes... slapping them on an engine and asking "where are my huge gains?" is naive. FI creates a LOT of flow, and with no understanding of where and when that flow happens is a surefire recipe to choking it off at the wrong time, hence a loss of power. Talk to g_s2k in Boston who is currently running 300 whp NA, partially due to cams.
