I don't know. Sorry. Actually, now that I think about it more, I do have a sound when I open the throttle, but it doesn't sound like a chirp to me. Just sounds like a suction sound. I think that's to be expected, though, since that's exactly what it's doing... sucking air in.

My V2 whistles very loud at a certain rpm/ throttle position... i've had questions from people if i had a turbo that was spooling.. haha
All my previous honda's with aftermarket intakes had the exact same whistle and i know dozens of people with honda's who have the same whistle sound...
get used to it!

Haha.. the classic CAI whistle! Learn to love it! I actually practice finding the right amount of throttle for the given rpm to maintain it as long as possible
I suppose cleaning your throttle body\plate may decrease it... give that a try
