Default Air/ Fuel Controller with more specific increments?

Just wanted to get your guys opinions on an air fuel controller (very similar to an APEXi VAFC minus the vtec controller) except this unit has the ability to be controlled and adjusted in 100 RPM increments instead of the 500 RPM increments that the VAFC does. I know this unit is of the highest quality because i have seen it used in Miata's with FI and Subarus's as well with huge gains.

Now my questions: Our our motors designed as such that having that extra ability to adjust fuel in that fine of increments really going to make a difference. Price is going to be pretty much the same as the apxi unit so i dont know if i m just pulling hairs or what. My guy tells me that its really easy to program so i guess thats a plus.

The unit is made by LINK. What do you gusy think?
