Default Air Pump Assembly

My check engine light when on a while back and when I finally got it into the dealer to take a look at it they claimed that the Air Pump Assembly wasn't working and would need to be replaced. They also said that some of the spark plugs where misfiring and that they would need to be replaced along with a Coil. They said the car was fine to keep driving but would never pass an emmisions test. They thought it could be accident related since the car has been in a wreck. What should I do! Can I get it done cheaper? The details of my below are:

Coil, plug hole (30520-PCX-007) 100.08
S/Plg (98079-571BH) 22.00
Contactor Assembly (39794-PCX-023) 114.40
Pump Assembly, Air (1876-PCX-003) 694.10

Please help!

You could do it yourself if you have the tools/skills. Otherwise, you don't have many options.

The air pump is often messed up due to wrecks, because of its location.
