well...here's the updated situation:

the last thing i did was installed a greddy oil cooler. Before that, i installed the arc radiator and the car was running fine. Does anyone here think the oil cooler is causing the problem??

on the manuel, it says P1415: Air pump electric current sensor circuit low voltage.

did u do anything w/ the wires, while installing the oil cooler? it is possible u forgot to connect one of connector all the way in, while installing the oil cooler.

edit.. or connector got wet while replacing the radiator..?

i know it's the air pump, but i don't think the air pump has anything to do with it not allowing it to rev pass 3k. The oil cooler was a very simple install and i did not get any of the connectors wet while doing so.

Basic trouble-shooting. Retrace your path. I'd disconnect the oil cooler and see if the problem goes away. My quess is you're in limp mode and have other codes listed past the air injector one.

I think the wiring comment is a good one too. You broke something. Now you need to step back and figure out what it was.

Low oil light? Is there such a thing? There's low oil pressure. You know the vtec has it's own oil pressure sensor that's set alot higher then the stock idiot light sensor.

I was thinking oil pressure too but, the symptoms don't seem to match up.
