air pump not working
somehow my air pump is not working
what are the variables for the pump to start
can it be the cold wheater it is below 0°c for about a week now
the car always stands outside and theres no cel light burning

thats just the problem nothing on cold start
but yesterday after driving about 30km
when i came out off the videostore 2hours later
the pump did work could it be because the battery is dying
the car starts but you notice the battery is weak

You should have a check engine light if it's not working.
It will not come on every time the car is started, only on cold starts; the coolant temp has to be pretty cold. Even then, it will never run more than 60s at a time, I think, and typically will not cycle on more than twice when warming up.
If you do not have a check engine light I would not worry. If the battery is dying, that could affect it, as well as other things. If the battery is weak I would address that first.
