Aligning (?) brake line?
Sorry if this has been already covered. I couldn't find a specific thread on it. My calipers are currently off the car and I'll be putting them back on tomorrow.
At the end of the brake line is a little small connecting rod with a hole through it, through which the fluid flows. The rod is connected to the caliper via a 14mm bolt that also has a hole in it. I'm assuming that the hole at the end of the brake line has to line up with the hole in the 14mm bolt. How do I ensure that this is in fact the case? Any help is greatly appreciated.
Cheers.

the "connecting rod" is actually called a Banjo Fitting and the bolt with the hole in it, a Banjo Bolt.
The two holes don't have to be aligned. There is a space in the fitting going all the way around the bolt, which holds fluid. That way, if the holes aren't aligned, fluid can still get between them.
