heres how it goes: when you get lowered springs you decrease the height from the lower arm to the car, making your wheel more of an angle. lucky, they should all be mirrored at the other as the other side. when i had lowered springs installed i liked it due to the added grip from the tires now that they were more at an angle, but in time you wheels with wear unproperly so get them aligned soon....

+1 for waiting a week or two. I just did mine, so I'll post up in a couple weeks exactly what was out of spec vs. the UK alignment the car had before.

As long as you aren't really out of alignment, you should be OK to drive for a couple weeks. Toe is what kills tires - camber isn't too bad.

Would you guys still reccomend waiting if you just changed from stock springs/shocks to stock replacement springs/shocks (not lowering). My 00 stock coilovers are shot so I'm going to some fresh 02 takeoffs. I have an autocross on saturday so it needs to be aligned if possible.

Working on the suspension may change the allignment.
For piece of mind I would get it checked / done.
Used springs may need less (or no) settling at all.
New ones do.
So after a week or so... allignment

all answers are IMO
