Are all 300V's the same?

Default Are all 300V's the same?
Just got 55 quarts of motul 300V - label says 300V Factory Line ester 5w40. In small type it says off road racing motor oil. There is a graphic of a guy on a bike. Is this oil the same as the 300V oil made for cars? Same oil, different packaging? Hope it's the same, this stuff was over $20 a quart. Thanks in advance.

All oils are equal.
But some are more equal than others though.
