Sounds like either a wire isnt plugged in, or a fuse is blown.

Sounds like an SRS reel issue. The horn, CC and drivers airbag all run through the SRS real.

What have you done to your car lately?

No not relay. SRS reel. It is behind the oem airbag.

i removed the steering joint for a clutch replacement and didn't align it in the original position. so my steering wheel was turned right about 20mm.

too lazy to fix it and didn't think it would do any harm.

@stratocaster pretty confident its the cable reel? its $160 at majestic honda argghh

U can try holding the horn down while u turn the wheel lock to lock to see if it honks. U just might need to readjust.

The steering joint was re-attached 360 degrees from its original position. so once you turn the wheel to max in one direction, the cable-reel is at the end of its travel and breaks internally. Basically, you broke it yourself.

Its not being 20mm off that broke it. It was 360 plus 20mm.

After removing the steering joint bolts, the key should be removed and the steering locked so it cant rotate out of time.

I knew you did a clutch the second I saw the thread.
