i've had amsoil sync. in my tranny for about 15,000 miles and its great stuff!

Honda MTF is cool, but it shears down to a 10wt after about 9K miles. So change it often.

just bought my S and wondering how to change the tranny fluid.. whats the easiest route???

i just filled up with amsoil mtf and it is buttery smooth.

so far, i do like it better than the new oem mtf.

we'll see how long the amsoil lasts...

thank you!!! now the question i got is for the diff fluid what is recommended? i saw mobil sythetic 75w/ 90 is that right?? wahts everyone using?
