Default Another Brake Bleed Problem

I installed Power slot rotors (cryo fozen and slotted) and G-Stop Steel brake lines. When i installed the rotors, i did not re-install the 2 screws that go into the rotors, but that shouldn't matter from what i understand. On the other hand, there is a loud screeching from the rotors and brakes when i drive.

When i installed the new brake lines, i pumped out all of the brake fluid (probably a bad idea, i know). I have used massive amounts of brake fluid to bleed the brakes, but they are still mushy (the brake pedal goes all the way to the floor). I bled them in the proper order according to the Helm's Manual, and i have no apparent leaks.

Now i have no idea what to do. I'm a DIY kind of guy, but is there nothing i can do to fix this problem, short of taking the car to a professional for help?

Any help is greatly appriciated. I plan on bleeding them AGAIN tomorrow (UK time). The only difference i plan to do this time is to have to car turned on. I heard that may help (from reading the forums).

Most likely a REALLY bad idea. With no fluid in the system, you are trying to push big pockets of air DOWN. You've probably got air into places that will be quite hard to get out. About the only thing I can think of is to reverse flush. Push fluid from each brake caliper (in reverse order) and collect it at the reservoir. This might be tough as you'll get fluid squeezing past the bleed screw threads.

This is "what" you need to do. You'll have to figure out "how". Kinda depends on what resources you have on hand. Me, I'd be looking for a big syringe and the proper sized tubing.

looks like an inexpensive winner to your solution.

why don't you use one of those power bleeder things that's advertised on this site. it will pressurize yer whole system so that you push fluid into the right places.

if you dont' wanna spend money then bleed with the car on. chances are you bled out the abs pump and there's large amounts of air in there.

for future reference you should prolly bleed until the color of the fluid changes to do a full system flush, instead of drying it out and then trying to fill it.
