Default Another clunking noise ! HELP

Ok guys since I know how helpful and curtious all the members on this site are that is why I come here as my top resource.I am having a clunking noise coming from the engine area while making a left hand turn and only while I am in neutral. It sort of sounds like when you install a limited slip differential in a b series motor that metal on metal clunking noise while turning.Has any one encountered this problem. ?

I checked the mounts, power steering boots, etc. IMO sounds as if its coming from the tranny.but my concern would be...if it where a tranny issue wouldnt it make the noise while turning in both directions ? and not in neutral ? Well I may be gettting ahead of my self but oh well lets hear it from the pros.thanks in advance !

ACTUALLY I just notice the noise from coming from the rear....damm....its the diff.... TIME TO upgrade.Any recommendations for a high hp turbo s2000.I dont launch the car at all ever I just shift hard at times.

I ve been told that all I need to upgrade is the ring N pinion. Is there any thing else I should consider since the diff will be off ? thnks again

unfortunately it not that easy as the ring and pinion. There appears to be a more significant flaw with the housing too...
