How can you tell it's slipping by looking at it?

How's it when doing the twist test? Something's not right. Even a slightly loose belt should not do this. Is the belt damaged in any way? How about the pulleys? Are they damaged? Are they spinning true?

Rick's pulleys would only affect the main engine serpentine belt. I don't think that the engine's crank pulley is changed with Rick's stuff and thus the S/C belt should be unaffected. Something else is going on here. I would examine the S/C pulleys carefully (including the one bolted onto the crank pulley) and the tensioner mechanism.

What I'm trying to say is that since it's your S/C belt that is coming off and on the pulley, this is not related to the Rick's pulleys. It is a separate belt on a separate system.
