The problem is when i'm driving and come off the gas or change gear going down the box, there's a plume of blue smoke (does not happen all the time). There's also a smell of oil in the cabin ever now and then. The engine has done 67000 mile and has the oil changed ever 4500 miles, so i done think its the rings. My thoughts are the valve stem seals, what are your thoughts on this.

when u let off the gas and it smokes then thats the valve seals, if it smokes all the time then thats the rings.

 

I thought it might be just wanted to double check before having the work done.
