I'm interested in any recommendations for materials for insulation use on the S2000.
This would be for a xviper style, radiator mat, and the airbox to TB inlet pipe. Also possibly, any suggestions for improving the efficiency of the exhaust manifold heat shield. I've a RHD car, so the shield is protecting the brake master cylinder. I've noticed this is heated so some extent, so I figure any product that's safe to use on the heatshield is worth a try.

I've a friend who owns an older Prelude who's very interested in trying some similar heat control measures. You haven't seen a HAI until you've seen the Prelude! He's also about to install DC headers, which require the removal of the stock heat shield. Here's a photo of the Prelude Engine bay:



Any suggestions appreicated, bearing in mind that I'm in the UK, so global brand names, or net sites are of more use than a US retailer.

The Prelude owner is after anything cheap and cheerful, while I'm open to anything a bit more pricey.
