Default Anyone have the newer version J's catch can?

Does anyone have the newer J's catch can installed(the one with the J sticker instead of a metal emblem)
I know that the first version doesn't completely clear non-J's hoods and was wondering if the newer version is lower
Pic's welcome

I have the newer version (no metal badge... but then again, mine didn't even come with a sticker ), and I didn't notice any hood clearance issues when I installed mine. I was able to fit the can in the space it was designed for, but it did rub against the hood prop mount and other misc. items. It was possible to install it, but I'm just not content anything rubbing against anything else in the car. That's why I'm selling mine. I'm just not ready to start moving things around and bending stuff just to fit underhood bling.

Oh and I measured the can, and it would appear that you need 10 inches of clearance from the mounting point to the highest part of the can for proper hood clearance.

Thanks for the input Leeks.
Intresting,So maybe the new can is designed for more hood clearance. To bad it rubs against your hood propt.I wonder if theyre all like that or theyre just inconsistant on their fitment quality.
Anyone have experience with the new version J's catch can?

It's bling and it's shaped like it's supposed to be there.
Anyone else have the Version 2 J's catch can installed?
