I have ramps that I've made to lift sufficiently to get my air jack under the central lifting points. That gets me 27" off of the ground on 4 jack stands.
The ramps are made from 12"x2" boards. The front steps up in 3 increments to lift the tire 6". The rear has 2 increments lifing the rear tire 4" off of the ground. Both sets have tire stops at the end.
Once up on the ramps, I slide my air jack under the front, then rear, central lifting points to get the car up to 27" clear at the underside of the sill.
front ramps
This is what I did - went to Home Depot and had them cut up a 20' board into four small pieces and four larger pieces. Nailed the small ones to the big ones and now I get 4" lift on all four tires, which is fine for some stuff, or allows easy jacking from the center points to get the car up on stands. The wood cost about $19.

I'm trying to figure out what the best way to get up on all four of these would be, or if it's possible with a stock suspension S2000. I don't see any reviews for this setup on their website either.
Are you trying to ramp all four wheels? You'll be limited in one direction or the other to a 4" rise to clear the underside of the car.
I would love to ramp all four wheels if possible. But as you mentioned, the restrictions might make this impracticle. Here's another ramp I'm looking at. What do you think?
Rhino Ramps here too - I backed onto them, then used a 4000lb floor jack to lift each side and brace it up with a jackstand (so it was actually sitting ~10" off the ramps. Just installed my Amuse Ti exhaust this way.
I could have just tried to jack it, but I found it's much easier to get a jack under a low car from ramps, plus I figure it provides like a backup bit of safety (after the stands and jack fail - though it wouldn't be a complete failsafe backup...)
