I've got an interesting sound coming from the engine. I'm assuming it's got to do with the timing chain?

Yes, the car has oil in it.

...or will sell you a modified part that will last that you can diy replace. Its a very simple operation to replace.

If you get a new one from Honda, it will go bad again soon after. Buy the one from Billman that is known not to fail again.
